These are placeholder terms of service for TopperLMS.com. Full terms are being prepared.

TopperLMS is a platform private tutors use to schedule classes, teach them live, and record attendance.

An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has them.

A student under 18 must have a parent or guardian account linked to their own.

Use the classroom for teaching. Harassment, recording without consent, and sharing another user's details are not allowed.

Fees, refunds and cancellation terms are agreed between the tutor and the family; TopperLMS is not a party to that agreement.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we may update these terms with notice on this page.
